An excellent experience! I received a warm welcome upon arrival, efficient service on the spot, and when all finished my machine and I were kindly escorted back to my car :)

I've been travelling from Brisbane to Mermaid Waters for the last 20 years to get my Janome sewing machine serviced by Affordable Sewing Machines Repairs. Tony services my machine in approx 3 hours while I shop at Pacific Fair. He is cheaper than sewing shops and always does an excellent job! Every time I am amazed at how well the machine performs when I get back home.

Tony is professional and proficient. I am always extremely pleased when I pick up my machine after it has been serviced by Tony...sews like a dream again. So far, there has been nothing he can't repair/service. I live in Brisbane so always phone ahead and make a drop off date/time. Then I wait around for a few hours in a nearby shopping centre. Tony rings when your machine is ready for pick-up (usually around 2 hours) and away you go.

I strongly recommend Tony. Great customer service, clear communication and noticeably more affordable than previous services and repairs. I though my beloved 15 year old Janome Mylock 644D had died but Tony was able to bring it back to life and it's working better than ever. He exceed my expectation of it's repair and I am very grateful.
